With names like The Prelude of Light, Minuet of Forest, and Nocturne of Shadow, the second set of six ocarina tunes that Link learns in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time lend themselves perfectly to being fleshed out into a suite of arrangements. Whereas my second suite takes more liberties with the source material, I tried my best here to stick to the spirit of the original tunes: The Prelude of Light is flowing and improvisatory, The Bolero of Fire uses a traditional bolero rhythm in the bass, and so on.
These works are intended for intermediate to late-intermediate pianists.
